For the Summer of 2010, the Chesapeake Sunrise Bed & Breakfast will be closed for restoration.

The Smith Island Marina will remain open and boaters are welcome. Boaters: The waterways accessing Smith Island are newly dredged and are thus easier to navigate than they have been for years.
